I know, guys.
I’m on the “naughty blogger list.”
This Christmas season has been hectic for me, to say the least. Not only have I not shared any festive goodies with you guys, but I’ve barely made any myself. Last year, I shared a handful of seasonal treats, all of which deserve to be revisited. To make up for this year’s last of Christmas cheer on the blog (and to show that I do, in fact, have Christmas spirit!) I’ve dedicated this post to some of the tastiest confections on my site from the past year or so. I would recommend any and all of these recipes for whatever the occasion is that you need a “knock ‘em dead” cookie, brownie, or what have you.
Without further ado..
“Dessert Disguised as Breakfast”
Ahhhh… who doesn’t love a sugar coma before noon?! Any of these would be a hit for brunch or served on Christmas morning! Make sure to serve with mimosas.
Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Frosting
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Biscotti
Starbucks Petite Vanilla Scones
Baked French Toast Casserole with Praline Topping
“Traditional Christmas Cookies”
Double Chocolate Crackle Cookies
Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons
The usual suspects… anticipated and enjoyed, always!
“Seasonal Cupcakes”
Make the boozy ‘nog cupcakes for adults and put a smile on the kids’ faces with cupcakes that resemble the most famous reindeer of all!
Gingerbread Cupcakes with Fluffy Vanilla Frosting
“Everyone’s Favorite Combo: Peanut Butter & Chocolate”
Guests will be begging you for these recipes!
Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
“Not Seasonal, However Delicious”
Don’t forget these crowd-pleasers!
“Everyone’s Other Favorite Combo: Mint & Chocolate”
‘Tis the season! I simply can’t get enough mint at this time of year. If you make one recipe from this post, make the fudgy bon bons. Just be sure to stuff them with Candy Cane Kisses- these are my all-time favorite Christmas treat!"
