Hi everyone! I’m Liz. No, not the usual Liz who shares drool-worthy recipes with you like peanut butter pretzel bites. I’m Liz from Little Bitty Bakes! If you’ve never hopped over to my blog, it’s all about fun and unique recipes, with a little bitty of life and fitness sprinkled in. When Liz asked me if I’d like to write a guest post, I happily obliged.
Rather than share a single recipe with you, I decided to pull three of my favorite recipes from my Chocolate Chip Thursday series. In case you aren’t a Little Bitty Bakes follower, each Thursday, I share a unique chocolate chip recipe with my readers. You know, because by Thursday, we could all use a little pick-me-up. And what better to pick us up than chocolate chips?
Cake Batter Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies. After seeing Amanda’s recipe for cookie-dough stuffed cupcakes, I couldn’t escape the thought of trying the opposite. Warm out of the oven, you’ll love the gooey cake batter inside of these.
Mini Browned Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies. I’m one of those people who loves eating mini-sized anything. Beyond the fact that mini entitles you to multi-handfuls, the word mini is typically synonymous with the word cute. No exception here. Oh, and if you’ve never tried chocolate chip cookies with browned butter, do try these. You’ll never want to make them another way again!
Marathon Cookies. Okay, okay. Beyond the sentimental value of these (I made these in celebration of completing my first marathon), these cookies are one of my all-time favorites. If you love ‘stuff’ in your cookies, look no further. These could essentially be renamed Kitchen Sink cookies, if you know what I mean. J Each bite is new and unique, which keeps you coming back for more.
What is your favorite way to enjoy chocolate chip cookies? What ‘out-there’ chocolate chip recipe would you you love to put together?
Thanks, Liz! If you haven’t checked out her site yet, what are you waiting for?! She’s got lots of yummy treats over there!
